ASSISTANCE  AND WARRANTY

ACOL strives to provide all customers with high-quality products and offers a warranty for each product to support this commitment. This warranty protects the bicycle against manufacturing defects and provides repair or replacement of the frame and components under certain conditions.

Regular inspections by a professional are required, and basic checks should be performed before and after each ride. If any issues are found during inspections or while riding, immediately stop riding and have the bicycle inspected by a professional.

1. General Warranty Information
WarrantyTable.001.png

*A 4-year warranty is provided to the original owner if the product is registered within 14 days after purchase.

• ACOL Frame and Frameset:

If purchased directly from an ACOL authorized retail store, it is warranted against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. This does not cover paint and graphics. Framesets refer to ACOL-manufactured frames and forks.

• Warranty Registration:

Must be registered within 14 days from the purchase date from a retail store. Upon registration, ACOL frames and framesets are warranted against manufacturing defects for 4 years from the purchase date. To register, please visit ACOL.BIKE.

• Paint and Graphics of Frame and Frameset:

Warranty for 12 months from the original purchase date.

• Components:

Products of other companies, assembled on ACOL bicycles, are covered by the guarantees of the respective manufacturers.

  1. All warranties are provided based on the materials and characteristics of the product within the specified period.

  2. Users must familiarize themselves with the warranty and maintenance methods before the first use. Once the product is used, it is considered that the warranty terms have been understood.

  3. ACOL’s quality warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to the issues listed in “3. Warranty Exclusions.” ACOL's nano-carbon material is superior, but it may break or get damaged if used beyond its capabilities. Regular inspections are required before and after use, and if any issues are noticed during inspection or riding, stop using the product immediately and have it inspected by a professional. The rider is responsible for any consequences of continuing to use the product despite evident issues.

  4. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. It is the consumer's responsibility to provide proof of the original purchase. Failure to provide proof of purchase or being a non-original purchaser may result in denial of the claim or processing at the company's discretion.

  5. The warranty period begins from the purchase date, and warranty registration on ACOL.BIKE requires proof of purchase (receipt, bank transfer history, or card payment details). If proof is unavailable, the warranty will be applied based on the date the product was shipped from ACOL, and unverified products may be denied coverage.

  6. A 90-day warranty for manufacturing issues is applied from the verifiable purchase date. Manufacturing issues identified within 90 days may result in a frame replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion. However, any issues covered under “3. Warranty Exclusions” may not apply. After 90 days, repairs may be offered instead.

  7. In the case of product replacement, the same product will be provided whenever possible, but if the product is discontinued, a replacement frame of equivalent grade may be provided at the company’s discretion.
