What bike size do I need?

The right size can be influenced by several variables, such as flexibility or personal biometrics. The ACOL sizing chart which can be found on our website is a good starting point to choose the right frame size, but we strongly suggest you buy your new bike at an authorized ACOL dealer, who has the experience in choosing the right frame size and fit you properly on your new bike

Is there a rider weight limit for ACOL bikes?

In general, we recommend not to exceed 125 kgs or 275 lbs.

The weight limit is 100 kgs or 220 lbs for the SL road model.

Where can I find the geometry charts?

Geometry charts can be found on the associated product page under the "Geometry" tab.

Where can I find my bicycle's serial number?

Most of ACOL’s serial numbers can be found underneath the bottom bracket shell of your bicycle. Some models of bicycles have the serial number located on the left dropout. On older model bicycles you can find the serial number stamped into the actual bottom bracket shell.

If you’re not sure what your bottom bracket is, the easiest way to find it is to turn your bicycle upside-down and the bottom bracket is the part of the frame that your crank runs through.

How often should I have my frame and fork inspected?

Regular inspection and maintenance is critical to ensure rider safety. A damaged frame or fork should never be ridden as doing so could result in complete failure.

What kind of bicycle rack should I use to transport my bicycle?

ACOL recommends any mount that doesn't clamp the bike by the frame. Clamping any tube could result in damage that would not be covered by our limited warranty.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Can I get decal kits for my bike or replacement frame stickers?

Unfortunately this is not possible as ACOL does not offer kits due to copyright issues.

Do you offer touch-up paint or repainting?

ACOL does not offer touch-up paint or repainting for used frames.

What is ACOL's warranty policy?

ACOL bicycle frame kit is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials, excluding paint and decals. This covers ALL bicycle frame models ACOL offers. You can find the details of the ACOL warranty here.

How do I make a warranty claim?

All warranty considerations and fulfillment must be made through an Authorized ACOL Dealer. Please take your frame/components and your original proof of purchase to your nearest dealer for further assistance.

Can a carbon bike frame be repaired if damaged?

ACOL does not offer any repair service for carbon bike frames. Once the carbon on a bike has been compromised we do not recommend that it be repaired. The carbon-fibers could be compromised far beyond what can be seen on a visual inspection, therefore we don't recommend the repairing of broken carbon frames.

Registration will help us provide you with better service. We can keep you updated regarding important information that applies to your bike. Warranty inquiries will also become more efficient.

You can register your bike here . Please keep your sales receipt, as it is always required to be shown when claiming a product.
