COME REGISTRARSI
Registering your bicycle's serial number is an important step to ensure warranty coverage. Below are the step-by-step instructions for the registration process.
1. Click the button above to go to the register page
Click the 'Let's go to register' button to navigate to the register page.
2. Click the "Register" button
On the warranty page, click the "Register" button to enter the serial number registration page.
3. Find the serial number on the bottom of the frame, enter it in the empty field, and click "Find Bike"
Locate the serial number on the bottom of your bike's frame. Enter it accurately in the empty field, then click the "Find Bike" button.
4. Confirm the model name and click the "Continue" button
The bike model corresponding to the entered serial number will appear on the screen. Verify the model name and click the "Continue" button.
5. Enter bike owner information and upload proof of purchase
Fill in the bike owner information and upload proof of purchase documents. If the proof cannot be verified, the warranty cannot be activated.
6. Completion
After entering all the information, complete the registration. A confirmation message will appear, and your bike's warranty will be activated.
